Little Miss Galaxy Canada 2023
Tara, a Mississauga native, is fluent in English and Burmese, and she is currently attending a French immersion school. Known for her extensive community involvement, she has dedicated her time to various organizations, with her recent focus being on raising awareness for Myanmar. Driven by her love for volunteering and a deep affection for animals, Tara aspires to pursue a dual career as a doctor and veterinarian, aiming to provide assistance and care to both humans and animals alike.

Leah Knuff
Miss Pre-Teen Galaxy Canada 2023
Leah is an 11 year old triplet who finds her creative outlet through dance and has taken the initiative to start a web series focused on raising autism awareness. Motivated by the challenges her triplet sister faces due to autism, Leah strives to spread understanding and acceptance while empowering individuals to embrace their unique selves.
In addition to her involvement in pageantry, Leah is well-acquainted with the stage, boasting several years of experience as a competitive dancer. She has received training in ballet, jazz, musical theatre, and hip hop. When she's not immersed in the world of dance, she generously volunteers at local dance festivals, offering her assistance to fellow dancers.
Whether it involves filling blank canvases with vibrant colours, immersing herself in books, or actively engaging in community service such as donating to food banks and advocating for autism awareness, Leah firmly believes in choreographing a life filled with happiness and purpose.

Tattianna Pompey-Happi
Junior Miss Galaxy Canada 2023
Tattianna is a firm believer in empowering every individual to cultivate leaders and establish sustainable communities. Currently a freshman at Richview CI, she is enrolled in the French Immersion program. Tattianna's interests lie in community service, dancing, baking, and creating innovative designs for her business, BYABA. As Junior Miss Galaxy Canada, she remains actively engaged in her community, organizing fundraisers for children's charities and utilizing her voice and platform to combat the stigma of bullying through her Pink T-Shirt anti-bullying project. With every sale, $5 is donated to charities dedicated to supporting youth and children. When she's not immersed in her craft, Tattianna enjoys acting, sharing stories with school-aged children, and dancing.

Alexis Onofre
Miss Teen Galaxy Canada 2023
Alexis, a dedicated 15-year-old high school student, has actively participated in the Galaxy system for over four years. Her unwavering passion drives her pursuits, with aspirations to attend McMaster University and embark on a journey towards becoming a doctor.
Her influential platform involves close collaboration with the Etobicoke Eagles Football Organization, where she actively promotes youth sports within her community. Alexis is determined to enhance accessibility to sports for all young individuals through her innovative "Adopt an Eagle" Program. This program aims to alleviate financial barriers by assisting players who are unable to afford registration fees.
Beyond her involvement in pageantry, Alexis is a fervent softball player who holds the position of catcher for the undefeated Oakville Angels. As summer unfolds, she dedicates her time to her team, showcasing her skills on the field. Alexis firmly believes that team sports offer invaluable benefits, fostering character development, loyalty, communication, social skills, and leadership abilities that are essential for future success.

Driven by an unwavering passion from an early age, Déjah has consistently pursued excellence, whether excelling in high-level sports or making her mark in the world of pageantry. At the impressive age of 18, Déjah achieved remarkable success in beauty school, earning high honors and obtaining her coveted makeup diploma. Continuing her pursuit of diverse accomplishments, she fearlessly ventured into the realm of law enforcement, successfully completing her diploma in 2021.

As a proud mother to her 5-year-old daughter, she exemplifies strength and determination in every aspect of her life. With an impressive collection of medals in sports such as Blind Soccer, Goal Ball, and Track and field, Shaunelle is a shining example of the transformative power of athletics for overall well-being.
In addition to her athletic accomplishments, Shaunelle is an ambassador for Amnesty International and currently pursuing a degree in Social Work at York University. Having grown up in a humble Jamaican-Canadian household, Shaunelle has faced unique challenges as a blind woman, particularly in finding inclusive and accessible spaces.
Shaunelle’s unwavering belief that "you can still have a vision without sight" serves as a beacon of inspiration. She is passionate about empowering underprivileged individuals to connect with community support through her initiative, A Listening Ear, offering a helping hand to those in need. Trisha has made notable appearances on the popular show "The Bachelor Canada," where she embarked on captivating journeys to Italy, Tahiti, Bahamas, and Mexico. In a romantic twist, Trisha and her husband chose to elope in Australia, and they share their lives with two rescue dogs, one from California and another from Mexico.
Passionate about making a positive impact, Trisha actively volunteers with the Uncles and Aunts Organization, using her platform, Mentorship Matters, to raise awareness. Additionally, she serves on the board of the Sinatra Aldea Foundation, a philanthropic organization that has successfully raised over $700,000 for various community initiatives, including the development of a new public-school playground.

Denise Garrido
Mrs. Galaxy Northern Canada 2023
Formally Mrs. Galaxy Canada 2020/21, Denise, a small town girl of immigrant parents, started volunteer work at a young age, eventually travelling the globe to volunteer with charities such as Healthy Kids, Happy Kids in India, Operation Smile and S.O.S. Children’s Villages in Nicaragua. In 2014, Denise was awarded the honour of North American Peace Ambassador in Hwacheon, South Korea. Denise graduated Cum Laude in Biomedical Sciences from Laurentian University, where she was also recognized and awarded the "Alumni Young Leader Award". She has a passion for health and homeopathy, has a 3rd degree black belt in Taekwon-Do, and she and her husband welcomed their first child in 2019.
