Appearances

Miss Publicity will be awarded to the delegate with the most valid appearances

(one overall Delegate from the Junior Divisions and the Senior Divisions)

APPEARANCE RULES:

• All appearances are subject to approval.

• An appearance must be made with the intent of representing Canada Galaxy system. Simply mentioning you are a Galaxy titleholder does NOT constitute an appearance

• A sash is ALWAYS required. Please do not add other sashes or crown to the sash.

• Interviews, articles and press releases MUST contain your name and title and some information about Galaxy.

• Press releases that are simultaneously distributed to various periodicals count as ONE appearance, not one for each print.

• Appearance photos must show you either “in action” or with pertinent people associated with the appearance. A photo of you standing next to a sign will NOT count as an appearance.

• Photos of delegates visiting monuments, attractions and/or site seeing will NOT be approved.
