Photogenic Guidelines:

Delegates will be judged based on their submitted photo.

Consideration will be given to overall appearance, personality projection, and photogenic quality.

The photo may be a headshot, ¾-length, or full-body image.

The photo must accurately reflect the delegate’s appearance.

The photo must not be overly retouched or heavily filtered.
