Ms. Galaxy Whitby 2026

Since taking her first steps in ballet, Emily's greatest passion has led her to grow far beyond the dance floor. Her desire to help others shifted focus from physical to mental health during her internship at the Abilities Centre while achieving her Kinesiology (BHSc) degree. Working alongside adults living with developmental disabilities in their Thrive program opened her eyes to the possibility of nurturing others outside the classroom and through art. Emily is a wellness performer in spas, a drum teacher, and a Performing Arts Educator with The Travelling Stage - teaching and empowering youth through dance, theatre, music, and mindfulness programs. Teaching preschool sparked her interest in child education beyond her community, becoming a World Vision sponsor and hosting a fundraiser for Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer. Her platform, Wholeheartedly You, focuses on whole-child development, placing a spotlight on child wellbeing to thrive towards greater opportunities in life.
