Selina grew up in a large Guyanese-Canadian family which gave her immense appreciation for culture. She began pursing an education in law, but after a traumatic motor vehicle accident in 2010, she withdrew from her program due to related injuries. After seeking treatment at Royal Victoria Hospital, Selina turned her life around by going back to school to pursue an education in Financial Planning and a career in financial investment. Selina enjoys spending time volunteering within her community. She wants to make a difference in the lives of others and believes “An act of kindness can never be to small.”
