Charlotte Millington

Above Charlotte’s desk is a mission statement: “Inspire women to become leaders.” This is something Charlotte embodies in all her life activities. In 2018, Charlotte was elected by the members of the Hospital Employees' Union as the Regional Vice President of South Vancouver Island, a role she balances with her healthcare career as a Technical Analyst. She is well-known locally for her community involvement and has a particular passion for the United Way. She discovered a profound love for pageantry in 2019 and has been frequently known to say, “Boldness is an attitude, not a lipstick shade.”
