Allison is paving the way for inclusive discussions surrounding mental health globally. As a single mother who struggled with post-partum depression, joining peer groups allowed her to share her story and find a community which allowed her to feel related and heard. Since then, she founded The Commonality Movement, a platform to voice stories of hope and inspiration for others seeking guidance and support for mental health recovery.
