Lesceia Fajardo is a 7-year-old Filipino Canadian, talented and inspiring individual with a positive outlook in life. She attributes her opportunistic outlook to her upbringing, immersed in the arts, sports and pageantry. Lesceia is a powerhouse of talent and determination.
