Miss Galaxy Aiyansh
Eva lives in the community of Aiyansh, B.C; one of the four villages in the Nass Valley. Eva’s nineteen years of age has four siblings. She’s from the wolf tribe; from the house of Wii Naa Buxkw. She enjoys different types of hobbies she has.
Her plans for the future are to either take a hairdressing program or take on carpentry. She has become a leader for all youth. She helps out with animals within the communities. Her reason for taking part in the pageant is to build up her confidence and be an inspiration for youth.
Cassandra Jacqueline Collins
Miss Galaxy Barrie
Cassandra is 23 years old from Barrie, Ontario. She is an honours student studying Medical Administration and has a previous background in Paralegal studies. After graduation, she hopes to use her degrees to help others, preferably in a hospital setting. Cassandra enjoys modelling and hanging out with her diverse family. Cassandra is passionate about protecting our environment! Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle is not just a catchy slogan, it’s a lifestyle with positive outcomes. Currently, Cassandra is speaking out about the water crisis effecting First Nations communities and the need for positive changes for future and current generations.

Victoria is a outgoing, caring, and compassionate person. She is attending college to become a dental assistant.
When Victoria is not using her time on studies she enjoys volunteering for organizations such as The Children’s Wish Foundation, The Ronald McDonald House and other causes within her community. Her favourite was volunteering for The Learn to Skate Program which gives children the chance to play hockey and learn to skate.
Victoria’s focus, if to capture the title of Miss Galaxy Canada, is to promote and educate people on mental health and addictions which has effected her and her family.

Miss Galaxy Etobicoke
Emilia was born in Ottawa, Ontario and grew up in Toronto. She is currently a second year health student at York University. Emilia recently competed in Miss World Canada this past July and is now looking forward to competing in Miss Galaxy Canada this fall. Emilia was also a model growing up and her favourite part was the confidence she gained and the new people she met. Every year, Emilia volunteers at Toronto Challenge in efforts to raise money for local senior homes around Toronto. Emilia cannot wait to walk on galaxy stage this fall with all the inspiring delegates.
Tricia Braunstein

Tricia has a love for the performance and the stage that lead her from dancing, to acting, to her first pageant stage in 2011. Competing on national stages, as well as representing Canada internationally, Tricia attributes much of the life lessons she’s learned to her experiences in pageantry. When she isn’t lighting up a stage, Tricia found her passion in helping others to sparkle. She is a medical aesthetician and on the road to becoming a cosmetic nurse. She hopes the prestigious title of Miss Galaxy Canada would give her a larger platform to encourage confidence and creativity in women of all ages.

Shynel has always been filled with ambition, creating learning adventures while accomplishing her goals along the way. Finishing her travel and tourism management diploma, her life stays constant with working in hospitality and customer service. Loosing her youngest brother to suicide and learning recovery, Shynel kept her motivation, enrolled herself in the world of pageantry and created the group #beyourwarriorself.
Becoming a Mother to baby boy, she keeps her dedication to being a supportive, motivator, influencer and offer positive guidance to over come
the negative challenges we face daily because they don’t define us, they make us for who we are.

Katie is an ambitious third year student at Western University. Her interest in pop culture drives her studies in Media, Information, and Technoculture, with the intent of pursuing a career in entertainment public relations. Katie enjoys giving back to her school through volunteer positions which she has held over the course of her time at Western. These include writing for the school newspaper and volunteering at open houses for prospective students among others.
Katie is excited to explore pageants as means for personal and professional growth, and is grateful for the opportunity to compete at Canada Galaxy!
Chelsea Lefler

Chelsea is 23, years old and has graduated from St. Clair’s College Media Convergence Journalism program. Here she was a senior managing sports editor by the age of 18 and discovered not only a love for sports reporting but also Health/Fitness and Environmental. She is currently an environmental activist and is working in becoming a published author using ebooks. “I have always had a love for creativity and creating new things or stories wether it was through dance, acting or writing books.”
Laetitia Nocera

Laetitia was born on the beautiful island of Haiti into an energetic Italian-Haitian family. She is bilingual in French and English, and holds two Bachelor’s Degrees from the University of Toronto. Laetitia teaches French Immersion at the elementary level. She believes in incorporating mental health, creativity, and diversity into her program. Outside of work, Laetitia loves crafting and connecting with her community. She volunteers her time to provide students with experiences related to dance, charity work, and leadership. As Miss Galaxy Canada, Laetitia would further inspire others to support and invest in our next generation.

Sethe, an optimist, has a diploma in Accounting and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management at JMSB, Montreal. Alongside working for Groupe Dynamite, she has a strong bond with the Canadian Army.
Besides her endeavours in school, she has a strong passion for arts and dance. She puts her creative energy and knowledge towards creating content for social networks.
Sethe is an advocate for mental health and believes in being an active member in her community. She hopes that one day she will be able to travel the world to spread the awareness and love.

A driven and passionate entrepreneur, Melissa aspires to change the world. She majored in opera and classical voice, is a certified interior decorator, and is both the founder and host of a talk show podcast. She loves nature, reading, and is active in sports. A former fashion blogger, she now uses her social media to inspire others and plans to create a charity for impoverished children. Currently, Melissa is building her own wedding and event planning company, creating music, and working on a few other business ventures.

Kaitlyn is pursuing an advanced diploma at St. Clair College in Business Administration – Finance, she plans to receive a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree to follow. Kaitlyn loves to volunteer for local foundations, with a total of over 900 volunteer hours. She has fundraised for the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre, Transition to Betterness, and more. Kaitlyn is an advocate for mental illness. As her mother is battling late stage Ovarian Cancer, Kaitlyn strives to spread awareness of her platform, the Canadian Cancer Society. Kaitlyn is ready to take home the crown of Miss Galaxy Canada.

Jessica, 23, from Toronto, Ontario; is currently in her third year of Bachelor of Interior Design at Humber College. In 2021, she plans to graduate and continue her education by working towards a Masters Degree in Architecture. When she is not working on school projects she spends her time blogging on social media and using it to promote body positivity, mental health awareness and staying true to your authentic-self. Jessica is also very passionate about giving back to the community; especially to her four legged friends. She accomplishes this by selling scrunchies for a cause. Which she personally hand makes herself with love.

Anmol Minhas is a vehement writer, decisive business-woman, and an eminent leader. Her resoluteness has earned her top graduate in her Bachelors of Journalism and Mass Communications as well as her Masters of Fashion Journalism. Dedicated to the growth and well-being of young developing entrepreneurs, she currently manages multiple teams in the sales and communication sector across Canada while being devoted to charity through her family NGO. Her emphatic and caring nature ignites conversation and brings purposefulness in all her endeavours. Anmol can be entirely encapsulated from her giving attitude, believing in others, and staying true to her principals.
Karina Mateo-Sanchez

Karina is 24 years old with a degree in Law from the Universidad Iberoamericana in the Dominican Republic, an alumni of the Royal Conservatory of Music in classical piano and rescues animals in her free time. She graduated with honours from the Regional Arts Program in music from Mayfield Secondary School and eventually pursuing BFA at York University in Classical Performance having studied both piano and voice. She is passionate about human rights and hopes to pursue a masters in Human Rights and International Public Law as well as passing the Ontario bar in order to practice law in Ontario.
